Our normal hours of operation are:
• Telephone Wagering Hours are 24 hours per day, 7 days a
week.
• Internet Hours are 24 hours per day, 7-days a week.
• Sportsbook Customer Services Department is open
24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer your e-mail enquiries.
Sportsbook offers multi-lingual Customer Services Consultants
to respond to international customer e-mails.

can I wager on?
Sportsbook offers wagering on all major sporting
contests, including basketball, baseball, American football, hockey,
soccer, tennis, golf, horse racing, motor racing, boxing, and more.

We offer a wide variety of wager types and styles, depending

7. What Sporting
Propositions do you offer?
We offer a large variety of sporting propositions at different
times. Our props on nationally televised football games are unsurpassed
in the industry. On certain days we may run over 100 different football
props. We also cater for basketball, soccer, baseball and various
other sports as the seasons dictate. We also offer half time wagering
on most games and sports as well as quarter-time wagering. Money
lines are also available on most games in most sports.

minimum I can wager?
The minimum wager on the Internet for all events is $10
and $25 for call center.

the lines without an account?
You most certainly can! All you have to do is visit our
lines and odds section and Simply
select a sport or a proposition, and you are good to go.

12. How do I make
a wager on the Internet?
- Login with your user ID and
password in the members area of this site.
- Select your sport from the left hand menu.
- Find your game and click on the line you desire to wager on
in the Lines panel.
- Select the type of wager you require from the Select
Wager Type drop down menu in the Lines and Wager
Type Selection panel.
- Enter the amount you wish to wager
- Select in the Bet Amount drop down menu if
you wish to “RISK” or “WIN” that bet amount
and click Create Wagers .
- The Confirm Wagers panel apears, click Confirm
Wager if your wager is correct.
- The Wagers(s) Accepted panel apears. (You may
click the My Account button on the top menu,
then select Open Wagers to view the status of
the wagers you have created).
- To create a new wager click, please repeat this procedure.
To create a parlay, teasers or any of our combination
bets, simply select the lines you require and in the Select
Wager Type drop down menu select the type of combination
you would like to wager on. Proceed as before.

13. Can I make
"IF" plays from my Internet bet?
You place “If” bets online by selecting “If”
bet as wager type

14. Can I change
or cancel plays on the Internet?
All internet plays are clearly displayed for review. The
client is asked to review his wagers and confirm when all plays
are correct. Therefore, no plays can be cancelled or changed once
this process is complete.

15. Can I make
phone wagers using my Internet account?
Yes, as a courtesy, our Internet clients may call our offices
to place wagers over the phone. However, wagers placed using the
phone are governed by the phone client rules. For instance, the
minimum play is $25 and there is no reduced vig.

16. Do you offer
reduced juice (Vigorish)?
Our Website, Sportsbook, offers reduced juice
on certain sports ALL YEAR around. This usually represents better
value than any bonus or other signup incentive that can be offered.

17. How do I
open an account?
Go to Sportsbook and click " JOIN
NOW ". Complete the application form in total
and your Sportsbook account number will be emailed to
you immediately.

can I use to fund my account?
For now all deposits, withdrawals and wagers at Sportsbook are in US funds.

19. How do I
deposit funds into my account?
Just log on to the Sportsbook members area and
select the deposit/Withdrawal link on the top of the page. In that
page, customers can choose the deposit method of their choice. Visit
the Section called Deposit options,
for more information on how to fund your account.

20. What direct
bonuses or other incentives do you offer?
We currently offer a 10% cash bonus for all first deposit
to Internet Accounts. For more information, please visit the Promotions

21. Do I have
to turn in a new Credit Card Security form every time I use my credit
card?
No. You have to turn in a Credit Card Security Form the
first time you use your credit card with copies of your drivers
license and credit card, front and back. The Customer Services Department
must have this on file within three days of your initial transaction.
No withdrawals will be processed without the proper credit card
information on file with our office. Please email banking@vegassportsgambling.com
(Banking Services) and we will forward the form to you.

22. Is there
a fee for using my credit card with Sportsbook?
There is no fee incurred when using your credit card to
deposit funds with Sportsbook. All transactions appear
as purchases and Sportsbook absorbs any processing fees.

23. How does
Neteller operate?
Neteller operates like an online bank account that you
can transfer money to and from. The basic principle is that you
deposit funds into your Neteller account. These funds can then be
disbursed to various online services, including Sportsbook.
When you request a transfer through Neteller to your Sportsbook account, an advisory email is sent immediately to us. From
there your transfer will be complete within minutes. The same applies
for outgoing transfers. Providing you have funds in your Sportsbook account, this transaction will also be completed within
minutes.

24. Are payouts
put back into my Neteller account?
If you make deposits to your account using your Neteller
account, payouts will be processed back to Neteller.

25. How do I collect
my winnings?
There are several methods of cash disbursements for our clients.
We can send a Certified check, bank wire your funds to your nominated
bank account, return funds via Neteller, Prepaid ATM, Firepay (Personal
Account), Western Union, Money Gram and Credit Card Reimbursements.

26. Are payouts
put back into my credit card account?
When requesting a payout, it is Sportsbook's
policy to reverse all funds up to the amount deposited from your
Credit Card for the lifetime of your account.
For example, if you deposited $200 via credit card,
your current balance is $500, and you wish to withdraw $500 dollars;
$200 will be credited to your card and the remaining $300 will be
sent via the method you choose.
BE ADVISED: Master Card has
imposed stringent new return policies on its vendors. Because of
these policies, Sportsbook cannot process Master Card
credits in our normal timely manner. If you choose to use your Master
Card on our site, a return may take several weeks to process in
full. Sportsbook will not provide alternate methods of
withdrawal for Master Card users. For timely credits back to your
card, Sportsbook recommends the use of VISA cards on
our site.

I have to be to participate in wagering on this site?
Eighteen (18). There are absolutely no exceptions to this
rule.

28. Is gambling
on the Internet legal?
Sportsbook is licensed by the Government of
Costa Rica. We are aware that Internet gaming has become an international
issue. Since every state throughout the world has different laws,
it is not possible for Sportsbook to advise you about
the legality of Internet gambling from your region. For accurate
information about this issue, ask your local governmental authorities
or a qualified lawyer.

29. Do I have
to pay taxes on my winnings?
Your tax liability depends upon the jurisdiction in which
you reside. Sportsbook does not, and will not, provide
to any third party the details of individual deposits, winnings,
or losses. It is up to you to declare win/loss information to the
proper authorities in your tax jurisdiction.

30. Do I need
a valid proof of ID?
For identification purposes Sportsbook has the
right to ask customers for valid proof of identification. All clients
opening an account with Sportsbook agree to provide Sportsbook, on demand, with the necessary documents. Valid
proof of identification can be, but is not limited to, a picture
ID (copy of passport, driver's license or state ID) and a utility
bill with client's name as proof of address.
