PAYOUT RULES

Payout requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payouts are processed Monday through Thursday from 8am - 5pm EST. Any payout request received before 4 pm EST will begin processing the same day. Payouts received after 4 PM eST will be processed on the following business day.

All rules, regulations, and payouts contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management of Sportsbook without prior notice. Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.

Cash out Policy

• Minimum withdrawal is $25.

• We accept cash-outs requests 7 days a week.

• Sportsbook accounting department processes approved withdrawal requests during business hours, Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern standard time.

• Cash bonuses are collectable only when customers meet rollover requirements. To see bonus rollover requirements, please view our bonus rules.

• Sportsbook reserves the right to perform an "Audit of Play" prior to approving withdrawals.

• Customers may close their account at any time.

• Accounts "cashed out" completely prior to ninety days of initial deposit will result in a cancellation of all issued bonuses and fees.

• Bonuses will only be granted on new money. *

• Certified Checks, Western Union, and MoneyGram have additional fees that are passed on to the customer at cost. Consult the withdrawal section of Sportsbook for more information about Withdrawal fees.

• Customers are eligible for one (1) pay-out per 7 day cycle.

• Customers may receive a payout in no less than 30 (30 day is house rules) business days after the account was opened.

• Funds that are not able to be credited back into your NETeller account, Credit Card refund, FirePay or Prepaid ATM account, for whatever reason, will be sent via Western Union within 1 business day of cash out request.

• To make a payout request, you must log into your Sportsbook account, click on the "Deposit/Withdraw" link on the top menu and complete the Payout Form.

• Certified Check will be issued and sent to the name of the person and address registered in the Sportsbook account. No exceptions!

• All credits back to your credit card will be submitted to your issuing bank within 2-4 days. The credit will then appear back on your credit card based on the average crediting time of your bank. Contact your bank for further details. If amount exceeds deposit, then deposit will be credited back to your credit card and balance will be sent by any other method you request.
