PROMOTIONS RULES

General Promotions rules apply to all Promotions awarded unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion, or arraignment made with the Customer Service Supervisor.

1- Clients of Sportsbook are eligible to receive Promotions and Bonus from time to time. Said Promotions and Bonus are subject to the discretion of Sportsbook, and are non-transferable and non-refundable. All Promotions and Bonus require meeting all aspects of the Promotions Policy prior to any withdrawal being made. Please make sure you read and understand our Promotions Policy prior to making any deposit.

2- From time to time, special promotions are given out as lead generators. These promotions include but are not limited to Free Parlays, Free accounts, etc. Since these promotions are lead generators, we allow only one name/phone per address, and one address per name/phone. In cases of promotion misuse all winnings are invalidated. If a question about validity of identity arises, we reserve the right to Request State Authorized Identification prior to payoff. Winners of these promotions will be responsible for all applicable taxes, transaction costs, and transfer fees associated with prize redemption. 3- Promotions Policy: The Promotions money is yours to wager. All Promotions money is credited within 24 hours, if not please contact customer service immediately to have your Promotions added to your account. First Time Deposit Promotions up to and including 20% are subject to a 5x play-through requirement. This means the deposit + Bonus must be wagered at least 5x times prior to being eligible to cash out. Re-up Deposit Promotions up to and including 15% are subject to a 5x play-through requirement. Free play or match play Winnings must be rolled over 5 times after doing this procedure free play winnings will be yours to keep and may be withdrawn at anytime.

If you wish to withdrawal before meeting your play-through requirements the maximum you will be able to withdrawal is your deposit, and all Promotions monies and winnings will be forfeited and removed from your account at the time of the withdrawal approval. An active account is an account that has wagered a minimum of 20% of the total balance per week. Money withdrawn and then re-deposited does not qualify for the Promotions

Example: (10% Promotions) Amount Deposited of $100. Player must wager a total of $550 = ($100 + $10) x 5 in order to request a withdrawal.
