RACING RULES
Any drivers not taking part in the (retiring)
race will be treated as Non-Runners, and all the wagers placed
on them will be treated as no action unless otherwise specified.
The race will be deemed to have started after
the signal to commence the warm up lap.
If the race is stopped and then restarted,
then all wagers stand regardless of any alteration in positioning.
If a race is abandoned before an official
result can be determined, all wagers stand providing the race
is re-run at the same location within two weeks of the original
schedule date.
Individual race wagering (match up and positional)
will be determined by the podium positions at the end of the
race and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries,
disqualifications alterations (made after the official end
of the race). Never the less black flags and lap disqualification
made during the running of the race will stand as to the final
positions.
Qualifying Wagering: Wagers on the qualifying
performance will be settled according to the grid positions
at the end of the qualifying period.
All qualifying wagers must be placed before
the practice session preceding the qualifying session. Any
wager placed after the practice session before the qualifying
round will be deemed void.
Number of Finishers: For settlement purposes
the number of finishers in the race will be that which is
officially stated, including those drivers lapped by a circuit
or more.
Winning Margin: Winning wagers predict the
official winning margin as the first and second cars to cross
the line, excluding any time penalties or disqualifications
incurred after the race by any driver. If only one car finishes,
wagers will be settled at the maximum make up stipulated.
Match-Ups: If either driver fails to start then all wagers
will be made void on that specific match up. If both drivers
fail to finish the race then it is the driver who was completed
the most laps who is deemed the winner. If both drivers retire
on the same lap all match wagers will be made void.
Special situation procedures: In the event
of a race not being completed, if the race is ruled official
by the race's ruling commission all wagers on the out right's
will have action according to the official results. All Prop
wagers and match ups will be ruled no action.
If a race is postponed or rescheduled all
wagers will remain active providing the race is run in a period
of time not exceeding one week from the original scheduled
date.
NASCAR RACES
• The Official NASCAR winner of the
race shall be the winner of the race for wagering purposes;
this includes all races which are halted prematurely for any
reason.
• In head-to-head matchups, both drivers
must start the race in order for the wager to be considered
"action".
• If a starting driver who has completed
at least one lap is replaced during the race by another driver
for any reason, the starting driver will be awarded the finishing
driver's position at the end of the race.
Example: Driver JONES starts the race, completes 8 laps, but
leaves the race due to injury, and then replacement driver
SMITH finishes the race and places 10th. In the race standings,
driver JONES would be credited with a 10th place finish.
NASCAR QUALIFIERS
• For qualifying match ups, only the
times posted during the qualifying session are used.
• If a driver starts a lap but does
not post a time, the driver is deemed to finish last, losing
to all drivers who post a time. If more than one driver starts
a lap but does not post a time, all such drivers are tied.
• If a driver does not cross the start
line, all wagers that specify that driver are considered "no
action".
• Disqualifications that occur more
than 30 minutes after the qualifying session has ended are
not recognized for wagering purposes.
FORMULA 1
• Match up wagers on a driver will
be in effect if, and only if, the driver lines up on the official
starting grid after the warm-up lap.
• Podium placings will determine the
final standings.

BASEBALL RULES
All Online Wagers must be specified 'Action',
'One Specified Pitcher', or 'Both Specified Pitchers'. Each
team's starting pitcher is defined for wagering purposes as
the pitcher that throws the initial pitch. For wagering purposes,
winners and losers of games are official after 5 innings of
play. If the home team is leading, the game is official after
4.5 innings. Thereafter, if a game is called or suspended
the winner is determined by the score after the last full
inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead
in the bottom half of the inning in which case the winner
is determined by the score at the time the game is called.
Wagers on Total Runs or Run Lines are based
on listed pitchers. If a non-listed pitcher starts for either
team, the game is scored as no action. The game must also
go 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to have action,
otherwise the game is scored as no action. If the game does
go 9 innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead) and the game
is called or suspended, the final score will be determined
as the score after the last completed inning unless the home
team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of
the inning, in which case the final score is determined as
the score at the time the game is called.
In the event of a pitcher(s) change prior
to the start of a baseball game, money odds may be adjusted
on action wagers.
Any and all baseball series wagers must have
all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the
wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that
specified date then all wagers have NO ACTION, regardless
if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las
Vegas Gaming Standards (see above for determinants of an official
result).
All baseball props must go the full 9 (8.5)
innings unless otherwise stated. They also must start the
listed pitchers.
All games that go at least the full 9 innings
and finish tied as a result of a suspension of play shall
be graded as a push on all money line wagers. However, all
run line and total wagers will have action.
All Baseball wagers DO include all overtime
scoring.
All baseball games must be played on date
specified to be considered action.
Vegas Sports Gambling Network does not recognize
postponed games, protests or overturned decisions for wagering
purposes. All baseball wagers must go the day written, otherwise
there is no action and all monies are refunded.
Games are graded as soon as the game goes
final and is deemed official. Futures, such as Divisional
winners, will be graded as soon as the season or tournament
is over.

BASKETBALL
RULES
For wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated,
Professional Basketball is considered official after 43 minutes
of regulation play or at the completion of overtime period(s).
For Total Wins wagering on Professional Basketball:
Teams Must Play Minimum of 80 Regular Season
Games For Action
Wagers do Not Include Post-Season Play
All Wagers are Action Regardless of Team
Moves or Name Changes. For wagering purposes, unless otherwise
stipulated, College Basketball is considered official after
35 minutes of regulation play or at the completion of overtime
period(s).
All basketball games must be played on date
specified to be considered action. All straight (side) wagers,
Over/Under (total) wagers, Money Lines, etc. For wagering
purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score
(including overtime), provided that the game has gone the
minimum time as specified above. If a game is suspended after
the minimum time has been played and not resumed the same
day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a
later date, the score when the game is halted will determine
the betting results.
If play is suspended before the minimum time
has been reached and not resumed the same day, all bets will
be scored as 'no action' and all monies refunded Futures,
such as Divisional winners, will be graded as soon as the
season or tournament is over.
Las Vegas wagering rules will apply to any

BOXING RULES
When the bell is sounded signifying the start
of the first round, the bout is considered official for wagering
purposes, regardless of the scheduled length or title (for
both professional and amateur boxing). In rounds proposition
wagers, the fight must go the originally scheduled length
for action.
In the event that either fighter does not
make the required weight but the fight goes on, if the bell
sounds for the first round, the bout will be considered official,
regardless of the scheduled length or title.
For wagering purposes, the disqualification
of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by
his opponent.
If the line you are wagering on is a three-way
boxing line (Contestant A, Contestant B, and Draw are the
three wagering options), the conclusion will end with one
winner and two losers. You must wager on the correct outcome
to win.
When wagering on the over/under in boxing
rounds, you are wagering on whether or not the fight will
end before or after a specific round. Example 9.5 rounds means,
9 complete rounds and a minute 30 seconds of the 10th round
(assuming 3 minute rounds). A full round is only considered
for wagering purposes when the bell sounds signifying the
end of said round. If any fighter fails to answer the bell
the fight will be judged to complete on the previous round.
Matches are graded as soon as the event goes
final and is deemed official. All boxing events must be held
within one week of scheduled date to be considered action
unless otherwise noted.
In situations not covered by the previous
rules, the wagering decision announced by the Don Best Sports
information service will be considered official and binding.
Las Vegas wagering rules will be used for
any situation not covered herein.

FOOTBALL RULES
For wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated,
winners and losers are determined by the final score (including
overtime), provided that the game has gone at least 55 minutes.
If a game is suspended after 55 minutes and not resumed the
same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed
at a later date, the score when the game is halted will determine
the betting results. If play is suspended before the completion
of 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, all bets will
be scored as "no action" and all monies refunded.
All football games must be played on the
date specified to be considered action. College football overtime
procedure: College Football overtimes commence with a 1st
& 10 play at the opponents 25-yard line. The offensive
team keeps possession until they score, commit a turnover,
or fail to convert on 4th down. Overtime continues until the
score is no longer tied and each team has had an equal number
of possessions. All straight (side) wagers, Over/Under (total)
wagers, Money Lines, etc. in professional and college football
DO include all overtime scoring.
Games are graded as soon as the game ends
and is deemed official. Futures, such as Divisional winners,
will be graded as soon as the season or tournament is over.
Las Vegas wagering rules will apply to any
situations not covered herein.

GOLF RULES
For wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated,
professional and amateur golf contests are official after
72 holes in 4 round tournaments (90 holes in a 5 round tournament).
Should a tournament be shortened, or otherwise affected, due
to weather conditions the official result will be used when
settling, regardless of the number or rounds played. Each
participant golfer must tee-off on the first hole to be considered
action.
All Golf wagers DO include extra decision
holes played, unless otherwise stipulated.
In the event a tournament does not go the
specified number of completed holes (usually 72), and the
tournament is shortened by tournament officials, the leader
at the end of the number of holes determined to be official
by tournament officials shall be the winner.
Example: A tournament is scheduled for 72
holes, but only 54 holes can be played because of weather.
The leader at the end of 54 holes would be declared the winner
of the tournament.
For tournament match-up wagering all of the
players listed in the match-up must tee off for your wager
to have action. The player with the most completed holes wins.
If the players complete the same number of holes, then the
player with the lowest score wins. If the players are still
tied then the wager will be No Action and all monies will
be refunded. If both golfers in a match-up are in a playoff:
a) winner of play-off wins match-up and b) all other playoff
participants tie each other.
Single day match-ups are wagers on the particular
day's 18-holes. Single Day match-ups do not include holes
played as part of a completion from the previous day's round
nor playoff holes considered part of the overall tournament
score. Should a day's round be shortened, or otherwise affected,
due to weather conditions and the round is continued the next
day, the full 18 holes will be considered in determining the
outcome of the wager even if they are played over two days.
If both players end the 18 holes in a tie, the wager is considered
a no action wager.
For single round-single player propositions,
all 18 holes must be completed. Matches are graded as soon
as the event goes final and is deemed official. All golf events
must be held within one week of scheduled date to be considered
action unless otherwise noted.

and not resumed the same day, all bets will be scored as 'no

Canadian Line
The Canadian line is a combination the goal

and the amount to lay or take is determined by the money line

Rangers wager: The team must win by 2 or
more. You would lay $130 to win $110.
Flyers wager: The team cannot lose by more
than one goal. You would lay $100 to win $110
American Line (Puck Line)
The team wagered upon must win by the goal line spread. All
play on the goal line is even money unless otherwise noted.
Example:

SOCCER RULES
For wagering purposes, unless otherwise stipulated,
professional, college, and amateur soccer games are official
after 90 minutes play.
Soccer kick-off dates and times displayed
on our website are an indication only; they are not guaranteed
to be correct. Oklahoma Sports Betting often posts bet offers
before exact kickoff dates and times are set by league administrators.
As matches draw near, our displayed times will become more
accurate.
When kick-off dates or times change slightly
for any reason (examples include, but are not limited to:
television broadcasting requirements, team and supporter travel
requirements, scheduling of European club competitions, and
minor ground repair) wagers will continue to be valid. If
a match is cancelled and rescheduled well into the future,
wagers will be considered void and all stakes will be refunded.
In case of inclement weather or other disruption, wagers will
remain "pending" until we can determine with certainty
whether a game will be played soon after the intended kickoff
time.
If it is unclear as to whether bets should
stand or be refunded because of a postponement, Oklahoma Sports
Betting will follow the consensus rulings of bookmakers in
Asia and in Europe .
If a match is suspended before full time
is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the
outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall
be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided
shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions
that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited
to: first goal scorer, if a goal has been scored; first half
wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a
player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.
If the line you are wagering on is a three-way
soccer line (Contestant A, Contestant B, and Draw are the
three wagering options), the conclusion will end with one
winner and two losers. You must wager on the correct outcome
to win.
There are various ways for the bettor to
wager on soccer. The most common of the various types of wagers
are "Single Bets". This is the most basic of all
bets.
Example:
Liverpool -350
Manchester United +300
Tie +300
Only one of the three bets is a winner. There
are no pushes.
· · If you bet Liverpool you would lay $350
to win $100.
· · If Liverpool wins the game you would win
$100.
· · If Liverpool losses the game you would lose
$350.
· · If Liverpool ties M. United then you would
lose $350.
· · If you bet M. United you would lay $100
to win $300.
· · If M. United wins the game you win $300.
· · If M. United losses the game you lose $100.
· · If M. United ties Liverpool you lose $100.
· · If you bet the TIE you would lay $100 to
win $300.
· · If Liverpool wins you lose $100.
· · If M. United wins you lose $100.
· · If the game ties you win $300.
In Soccer wagers on an event will still have
action if the event is played within a week from the original
schedule date or is played in the same tournament.
Penalty shoot-outs & golden goals are
not taken into consideration for soccer wagers.
'Last Player to Score' wagers are void if
a match is abandoned before full-time.
Games are graded as soon as the game is ended
and is deemed official.
Futures, such as Divisional winners, will be graded as soon
as the season or tournament is over.

number of sets, and the match is shortened by tournament officials,
the leader determined to be official by tournament officials
shall be the winner.
Example: A match is scheduled for 5 sets, but only 3 sets
can be played because of weather. The leader at the end of
3 sets would be declared the winner of the match.

first try scorer if a try has been scored prior to abandonment.
Where a venue is changed, bets will stand
unless the game is to be played at the original away team's

Bets taken on 'first try scorer' will be
void if the player does not take part in the game or comes
on after a try has already been scored.
Payouts will be based on the official declared
result, but conditions may apply to specific betting options
(eg 'end of normal time', 'including extra time', etc.). All
wagers are based upon "end of normal time" unless
stated otherwise.
Where a match is incomplete, abandoned or
postponed and resumed or played within 7 days of the original
scheduled date all bets stand. Once the 7 days have expired
all single bets are void and wagers refunded while affected
multiple bets will be recalculated excluding that leg.
Where the draw option is offered, the bet
is decided on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. extra
time not included). If a tie or draw is not offered, and the
result is a tie or draw, all wagers are pushed.
